Where is BlackWolf from?
BlackWolf is an Australian brand owned by Phoenix Leisure Group, all our gear is designed and built for Australia’s tough outdoor environment and adventurous travellers!

Can I buy BlackWolf gear from this site?
Unfortunately we do not sell direct but BlackWolf gear is available from good camping, outdoor adventure and luggage stores throughout Australia and New Zealand, you can find your closest store in the Where to Buy section of this website.

 
How does the BlackWolf lifetime warranty work?
All BlackWolf products are covered by a limited lifetime warranty valid for the original purchaser, please retain your original receipt as proof of purchase and register your product online within 12 months of purchase.  The lifetime warranty covers workmanship and materials but does not cover general wear and tear, view our complete warranty statement and register your product for lifetime warranty here Click Here
 
How do I make a warranty claim?
If you have a problem with your BlackWolf product that you believe should be covered under warranty you should return the product in clean, dry condition to your place of purchase with your original receipt.  We will arrange with the store to have the product assessed for warranty promptly and let you know the outcome, if approved the product will be repaired or replaced as appropriate.

I’ve lost my tent pitching instructions, can I download them?
